Windgate

Windgate at Salisbury is a 74-unit active adult community completed in 2004 at a total build-out value of $14,000,000.  The project is a Massachusetts chapter 40 B development approved with the support of the town of Salisbury in an effort to create modestly-sized affordable housing.

Crescent Gate

Crescent Gate at Sturbridge is a 69-unit active adult community completed in 2010 at a total build-out value of $15,000,000.  The community consists of 57 units in a garden-style three-story building along with 12 detached cottages.

South Beach Landing

South Beach Landing is a 22-unit community overlooking Broadway on Salisbury Beach completed in 2018.

The Village at Salisbury Square

The Village at Salisbury Square is a 31-unit Ross Chapin-designed pocket neighborhood. It was completed in 2015. This walkable community is designed to be pedestrian friendly and close to the downtown village of Salisbury.
